Laviya
AI-assisted, multi-tenant project and task management SaaS
My role
Full-Stack Developer
Status
Live
Live site Client project — source code and internal details are not public.
Overview
Laviya lets teams run spaces, projects, tasks, wikis, meetings and effort reporting in one place, and lets AI agents pick up and execute assigned tasks. It supports importing existing work from ClickUp and Jira, subscription billing with iyzico, and per-tenant cloud storage.
The problem
Teams spread work across separate task, documentation, meeting, reporting and AI tools, so nobody sees the whole picture or can measure effort.
Key features
- Spaces, projects, folders and tasks with list, board and Gantt views
- Per-tenant task status workflows (methodologies), comments, efforts and history
- Rich-text wikis and notes; meetings with action items
- Conversations with in-browser WebRTC calls
- AI chats and AI agent orchestration with flows, runs and token usage tracking
- Reports for effort, insights, performance and resource allocation
- ClickUp and Jira migration wizard
- Subscriptions, add-ons and stored cards with iyzico (3D Secure)
Architecture
- .NET 8 with separate admin and tenant API hosts plus a background processor
- Multiple EF Core contexts (main, communication, collaboration, logging, paywall) on PostgreSQL
- Per-tenant encryption keys protect storage and LLM settings; an entitlement engine computes limits from plan and add-ons
- Tenant storage adapters for AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage and Google Drive
- An API-key secured agent API (get work → start → report token usage → complete) and a SignalR collaboration hub
Technical challenges
- Combining tenant isolation with seat and guest quotas and credit-gated AI execution
- Idempotent agent completion so retries never double-count work
- Payment orchestration: proration, 3D Secure flows and renewals that fall back to another stored card
- Mapping users, statuses and task types when migrating from ClickUp and Jira
