Overview

A content and property listings platform that promotes Şile as a place to invest. Staff manage listings, news, announcements and pages themselves, and the site is built to rank well in search.

The problem

Property listings, news and investor enquiries had to live on one site that ranks well and that staff can update without a developer.

Key features

• CMS with categories, tags, media and SEO meta fields
• Property listings for sale or rent with filters, photo galleries and an enquiry form
• Admin, Editor and Member roles
• Public and members-only announcements
• Dynamic pages with SEO-friendly slugs, a sitemap and robots rules
• Reservations with approval, contact form, site search with autocomplete and dashboard statistics

Architecture

• ASP.NET Core 8 Web API with EF Core on SQL Server and global error handling
• JWT role-based authorization
• Next.js App Router frontend with separate public, auth and admin route groups
• Deployed on an Ubuntu server behind Nginx with SSL

Technical challenges

• Server-rendered SEO, sitemap and robots files for content that changes constantly
• Validating uploaded images and generating media URLs safely
